We mix easy to follow dance-inspired moves with total body sculpting and flexibility set to hot, sexy, heart pumping music for a total body workout that will keep you motivated and keep your little motor running all day long (hello metabolism!) Caution: this class has been known to cause spontaneous choreography in your underwear, possibly the grocery store and some pretty steamy moves in the bedroom.
