S.T.T. is our own special blend of Barre and Pilates & old school Jane Fonda moves that makes your whole body fire. We wanted to call it tighten that s**t up but . . . . don’t let that name fool you, it’s an intense focused, no breaks, no hold “barred”, super creative class. Nothing short of genius moves that will make you discover muscles you never had.
This class is for all fitness levels and you will need a variety of hand weights from 1-5lbs, ankle weights, a long medium strength resistance band and gliding discs. You're gonna need a block for this one too if you have one. You can also just mimic the movements on the floor.
